Kirkbie Kendal Ordnance Survey antique map. Report on 'Kirby Kendal,' Westmorland from the ‘Report of the Boundary Commissioners…upon the boundaries and Wards of certain Boroughs and Corporate Towns.” Published 1837. Original hand-colouring. An extremely rare map from “The Office of Her Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State, Home Department.” Four pages of text are supplied with the map which measures approx. 13 x 8.25 inches. A nice map with a historic provenance.
