Maidenhead on the River Thames in Berkshire antique map produced by Ordnance Survey for the Boundary Commission in 1837. An original hand-coloured antique map from "the Office of Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State, Home Department. 1837." The Commission two page Report accompanies the map. Paper size approx. 13x10.75 inches (330x275mm.) An extremely rare map in excellent condition from Queen Victoria's 'Home Office.' The series of holes on the right of the map are where it was bound into the Report. Some off-setting on the left.
