Ambleside Westmorland Cumbria antique print from "Our Native Land" published in 1879. An original chromolithograph of a painting by Thomas Charles Leeson Rowbotham of Ambleside, "an irregularly-built market town situated on steeply-inclined ground on the site of a Roman city called Dictis ... at the head of Windermere." Antique print measures approximately 9 x 7 inches. A scarce print in excellent condition.
