Contains extracts from the 1861 Census on aspects of Birmingham life such as: Area, Physical Geography, Parliamentary Divisions, Population of towns, Education, Crime, Births Marriages and Deaths (including the number of illegitimate births!) and those signing with a mark. Paper size 18.75 x 13.25 inches. Binding holes at top encroach on title. A nice clean map.
