Christchurch Somerford Grange Hampshire 1784

Christchurch. Somerford Grange, Hampshire, was connected to Christchurch Priory. However, on dissolution of the monasteries it passed to the crown. Original copper-plate engraved print from ‘The Antiquities of England and Wales’ by Francis Grose, dated in the plate April 3rd. 1784. Paper size approx. 10.75 x 8 inches. Excellent condition. A rare item.
