Ordnance Survey map of the proposed ‘New Borough’ of ‘Mile End Old Town.’ The new borough was to be created by breaking up the Borough of Tower Hamlets, creating an East Division and a West Division, of the new borough, each to be represented by a Member of Parliament. A nice clean map with minor foxing on the left margin (see scan.) Paper size 14 x 10.25 inches.
