Newport (Isle of Wight) antique map produced by Ordnance Survey for the Boundary Commission in 1837. An original hand-coloured antique map from "the Office of Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State, Home Department. 1837." The Commission's four page Report accompanies the map. Paper size approx 13 x 8 inches (330x207mm). An extremely rare map in very condition from Queen Victoria's 'Home Office. Note: The series of holes on the right of the map are where it was bound into the Report.
