Portchester Priory. Southwick Priory or Our Lady at Southwick was a priory of Augustinian canons originally founded in Portchester Castle on Portsmouth Harbour and later transferred 2 miles (3.2 km) north to Southwick, Hampshire, England which ceased at the Dissolution of the Monasteries. Antique copper-plate engraved print, dated in the plate Oct 25; 1785. Size of engraved area approx 8.5×5.5ins. Guaranteed over 200 years old.
