St Augustin's Monastery & Etherlbert's Tower, Canterbury, Kent antique print published in 1801 in Thomas Pennant's 'Journey from London to the Isle of White'. St Augustine's Abbey was a Benedictine monastery in Canterbury, Kent, England. The abbey was founded in 598 and functioned as a monastery until its dissolution in 1538 during the English Reformation. Paper size 12.95" x 9.75" (310 x 240mm). A scarce antique Georgian Print.
