Whitechapel High Street. Original steel engraved antique print from, “The History of London,” published 1838. Georgian street scene looking west towards Saint Botolph Without Aldgate, with the Monument in the distance, a barbers shop and pole, together with a horse-drawn coach and a hand-drawn cart. Paper size approx. 9.25×6 inches. A very nice example of a scarce print.
