Antique print of an Officer of the 7th Bombay Lancers. Pencil note identifies him as Risaldar Mir Haider Shah Khan. Dated 1897. Dated in the plate 1897, published 1900. Vivid colour printing by Dangerfield Printing Co. Ltd. of Bedford Street, London. Dimensions of the paper  are 14×10 inches. Printed area approx. 11×9 inches. Print has full margins which are not captured by the scan. Note: The price shown is ex VAT. Small tear approx. 1″ at bottom of paper, which would be hidden by a mount.

Antique print of an Officer of the 7th Bombay Lancers. Officer identified as Risaldar Mir Haider Shah Khan. Initially under the control of the Bombay Army, in 1858 control of the Bombay Army was transferred to the Crown under the Government of India Act. Finally, in 1895, it became part of the Indian Army, whence it remained until Independence in 1947. Original antique print 1897.
